There is an old saying goes ‘No accumulation of steps, can't lead to thousand miles.’ To be a successful company, not only do we need to work together for same objectives, but also we need to work hard and be the most down-to- earth person.
The former company of Guangdong Peng Wei Fine Chemical Co.,Limited was called Guangzhou Pengwei Arts&Crafts Factory, established in 2008 which is also a small factory located in Baiyun District, Guangzhou City, Guangdong Province. It covered the area of 200 m³ with 2 half-automatic production lines, 25 employees. At first, this factory mainly focused on producing festive aerosols products. There were at least 7 employees arranged in each line for finishing production.
Under such circumstances, the boss of facoty, Peng Li were checking daily production conditions every day. Our workers were also hard-working and produce efficiently. With the support of customers, factory became vital gradually. When it comes to peak season, factory took loading at least 30 containers.
Later, in the year of 2006, factory conformed to the standards which can take part in the Canton Fair. We got close to foreign customers.
Through 8 years of working hard, we develop step by step. In 2017, we successfully entered into Huacai New Material Industrial Zone which is one of the biggest industrial zone in Guangdong Province, China with the new company name- Guangdong Peng Wei Fine Chemical Co.,Limited. It covers 1500000 m³ which stands 7 buildings. For about changing, the production lines are from 2 to 7 and warehouses are from 1 to 2. What’s more, more and more persons come to our company and become united big family.
One thing is deserved to be mentioned in this case that is there are 498 new equipment in our company with our patents. Large and clean working, producing and living environment increased the productivity and employees’ happiness.
We uphold the principle of sincere work, high quality, safety first. With the joint efforts of leaders and employees, the development of the company can be prosperous.
In 2021, we have passed the IsO14001, ISO9001, SEDEX factory inspection. Besides, we will pass the factory inspection of GMPC in August this year. Except those certificates, we also own business license, aerosol production certificate, cosmetics production certificate and so on.
Looking back 14 years’ history, our company will stay true to our original aspiration and forge ahead.
